Try a taste of Cuban Cuisine. The subtlety of the lemon and cloves is so different, that you almost want to think it is sweet, but still salty, with a slight burn. This one is sure to become one of your favorites as well!

We combined bay leaves, with red peppers, adding that hint of cloves and lemon, and WOW, this is deliciously amazing! Talk about a plethora of taste on the palate! It is fantastic for Chicken or fish, or most commonly used on pork or lamb.

Apply Havana Heaven generously, rubbing into meat, (approx.1-2 tbsp per lb of meat) then gently rub on VERY light coating of oil (pref olive oil, however any fresh oil will work), covering the blend. Allow to sit 1 to 2 hours before cooking meat. The oil locks in both the flavors and juices as it cooks, creating a tender and juicy portion with amazing taste!
While it is cooling, LIGHTLY sprinkle with more Havana Heaven to ensure full flavor.

Also apply this to any dish for added depth and flavor.
