Cuban Pork Roast

  • 3 cloves minced  Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Heath’s Blends Havana Heaven
  • 3 lb quality Pork Loin roast


1.   In a small bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients; rub over pork roast. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2.   Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until a thermometer reads 145°, basting occasionally with pan juices. Let meat stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
